I’m in town on work travel and was feeling like I needed an adjustment when I spotted this place. Based on the reviews – and the price and the business model – I stopped by after work today. I’m so glad I did. I’ve had chiropractic care at different points in my life for different reasons and am very pleased with the firm and thorough adjustment here. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nate. It’s a shame I don’t live here.

This guy’s the real deal! Been going to chiros for years and this was the best adjustment I ever had! Even did my ribs and ankles. Moved here a year ago and have been to several docs all wanting to sign me up for tons of visits, it’s annoying. My friend told me Dr. Nate doesn’t do that stuff. He just did the job fast with no bull about needing to come back over and over. Glad there’s a skilled doc not trying to rip people off. Highly recommend!!!

Fix Chiropractic is “no frills” in the best possible way. There’s rarely a wait, minimal paperwork, no x-rays requirement and no video from 1995 on “why chiropractic is legitimate” that you have to watch before he’ll adjust you. I’ve seen at least a half dozen different chiropractors over the years in different areas and Dr. Nate’s adjustments are consistently the very best.

About 5yrs ago I saw an excellent chiropractor in the Raleigh area regularly but since recently moving to Wilmington I’ve been hesitant to try someone new. Having an excruciating headache today pushed me to try The Fix out. I was SO PLEASED w Dr. Varano and felt immediately confident in his abilities as he practiced many of the same techniques my trusted Raleigh chiropractor does. While he does not fuss with the often ridiculous burden insurance companies, I found his pricing to be VERY FAIR and honestly LOWER than what you will pay for regular visits at places that do use the insurance process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FIX!! Don’t suffer in pain. Go get some relief!!
